Day 99 and onwards to follow...

I'm moving house this Friday and simply don't have time to blog with the packing and horrible logistics, suffice to say that when I am online, I will have all the time in the world again to deconstruct your favourite Fall songs.

For post 100, I want to do a special post, suggestions please for 'The best Fall songs to encourage new fans of said band' and a few reasons why, either leave a reply or email me and I'll collate a top five or ten and do an extensive blog on the results. Doesn't matter if I've blogged it already.

See you on the other side of the move. Mike.

  1. Yeah, I can see how My New House would fit your situation, but as sublime works of art how about 'Hostile' or 'Devolute'. Both mention Sheffield too :-)

  2. OK, if you're looking for something with instant appeal, ROD always gets my kids (3 & 5) up and dancing. Also has the benefit that it doesn't mention Sheffield! :¬)

PS When are you going to do Stephen Song? I requested it ages ago.....

  3. This is a great idea, been listening to tracks and albums not heard for a while.
Hi Tension Line used to get my young nephew and niece dancing, much to the disgust of my brother.
However said song does not prepare people for the delights of Spectre vs Rector or And This Day

  4. I'd say 'Middlemass', i.e. the Peel version, which is by far the greatest Peel recording I've heard.
